Aerial Board Members

Kim Hancock FAICD, AIMM – Chairman

Kim first joined the Board of Aerial in 1976. He has served on the Board on three occasions for a total of 31 years. He brings to the Board 36 years experience in the taxi industry. Responsibilities and projects also include close relationships with the ACT Government including the Chief Minister &Minister for the Department of Transport and Municipal Services (TAMS); and close association with state, national and international taxi organisations.

John McKeough – Vice Chairman

A Director of Aerial since September 2004, and previously 18 years on the Board since 1964. Responsibilities and projects include: Taxi & hire car groups; national and state liaison; fleet standards, presentation and taxi driver training; Aerial Operator Committee.

Mark Bramston - Managing Director

CEO of Aerial since April 2004, elected a Director in 2009 and appointed Managing Director in 2009.

Tony Bryce – Director

A Director of Aerial since September 2002. Responsibilities include Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee, overview of WATs issues, including the Disabilities Discrimination Act, and liaison with government, business organisations and community groups.

Tony Briscoe – Director

A Director of Aerial since September 2002, Chairman during 2005/2006 and currently Chair of the Finance and Remuneration Committees. Responsibilities include Company financial oversighting, annual budget presentation, asset management policy, associated financial requirements, and compilation of data for the annual taxi fare review.

Ricky Simatupang – Director

A Director of Aerial since September 2006. Responsibilities include member of the Finance and Remuneration Committees, as well as marketing and Business development activities, and assisting with WAT issues.
