Insurance
At Aerial Capital Group we offer our own "in house" insurance company called Mutual Aid. This is vehicle insurance only and does not include third party insurance. Each Operator needs to take out a separate third party policy from an insurance company that they choose ie Lumley General Insurance.

Fleet numbers
There has been a vast Increase in fleet numbers since the last ballot. At present Aerial have a fleet of 257 Taxi's on the road not including Cabxpress Network. Another 28 plates are available through the Govt.
Increases in HOTS Fleet
At present there are 12 new vehicles in the HOTS Fleet & they are equipped to transport up to 11 passengers. WATs vehicles are also available to take HOTs bookings when there are no outstanding WATs hirings.
New Uniforms and Shop
Silver Service and CTIA uniforms are now available at Aerial Capital Group Ltd between 10.00am & 12.00pm and 1.00 - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Braille Stickers
New Legislation requires that all Taxis display Braille Stickers - failure to display these stickers will be an instant fail at fleet inspections. Failure to display these stickers may also result in legal action against the Taxi Operator by the Disability Discrimination or Human Rights Commission.
