Servitel Communications was established in 2005 with the purchase of the Telstra Ericsson (ECN) Franchise in Canberra. Servitel’s aim as an ECN was to better serve the Australian Capital Territory’s government and enterprise customers’ requirements.
In 2011 following Aerial’s move into the NZ market, Servitel established their unified communications and data hosting business in New Zealand through their relationships formed within the taxi industry. Servitel’s infrastructure (data centres, contact centres and skilled employees) are located in both Australia and New Zealand.
